Microsoft Windows 10 reached End of Life on the 14^th October 2025, which means it no longer receives security updates becoming increasingly vulnerable to new threats and incompatible with hardware.   To protect your network, data and business continuity operations, continuing to run Windows 10 is no longer considered a secure or best‑practice option.

We understand we have customers with PC’s running Windows 10.   Oper8 Global will continue to support these PC’s until January 31 2026.

Starting February 1 2026, our existing support agreements will no longer cover troubleshooting or ongoing support for Windows 10 devices.  Any work on Windows 10 machines will be treated as additional, case‑by‑case work separate from your current agreement.
