We have just been advised by one of our carriers that they
will be carrying out Emergency Fibre Repairs to resolve an issue currently
impacting some of their customers. The outage is scheduled for:

Customers may experience a loss of services of up to 5
hours during this period.
Maintenance Details: Emergency fibre repair works will be
performed in the area of Springfield (QLD) to resolve a network fault which is
currently impacting customer services. These works are scheduled to take place
tomorrow (Thursday) morning between midnight and 6am AEST. However, a
contingency date of Friday the 18th between midnight and 6am is in place in the
event that the cable installation works are not completed in a timely manner.
Oper8 services may be impacted for up to 5 hours within the maintenance window.
