Please be aware that on Tuesday 17^th of February the Oper8 IT Team will conduct a scheduled outage on IT systems and services. All IT services hosted in Polaris DC will be affected during the controlled outage. Please note that from 18:00 until 19:00 Brisbane Time (19:00 until 20:00 AEST) all IT systems will be considered as down.

All Services Impacted:

• Internet
• VPN
• Cloud Backup and Storage services
• Portal
• Web services
• Email Services

What is NOT affected?

• Intranet services (network drives, printing)
• Desk phones

Any emails sent to Oper8 staff during this scheduled outage window will still be delivered as normal.
